Gull Drive Residence
A modern interpretation of an island home, this 3600 sf home will have incredible views of the marsh and downtown Charleston. The design maximizes this view at the rear of the house while providing privicy from adjacent lots. This home is designed to obatain a Silver rating in the LEED for Homes program.
Brown Residence
This project is an addition to an historic home in the Old Village. The additions bookend the prominent front porch and add space for an elevator, pantry, bedroom, and music room on the main floor, and garage and storage on the ground floor. The additions were designed to blend in with the existing house and not detract from the front porch, which is the identifying feature of this house.
3D Renderings
We have the ability to produce 3D photo realistic renderings of whatever you need. Interior or Exterior, we can produce the images you need to understand your project.
East Prentiss Avenue Residence
This project was a renovation and addition to a 1920’s bungalow in an historic neighborhood in Greenville, SC. The existing house had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and many small disconnected rooms on the first floor. The second floor was entirely in the attic, and was built out as a rental unit with exterior access of the back deck. We added a full second floor with 2 new bedrooms and a new bathroom with a loft area at the top of the stairs. The small second bedroom was opened up into the kitchen and breakfast room to create a new sitting room. A master suite was created by combining the hall bath and larger bedroom. The laundry room on the first floor was made into a half bath and a new laundry room was created on the second floor. The completed house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

Eternal Hybrid Water Heating System
Eternal Hybrid water heating combines the benefits of a tank water heater and a tankless into one super-efficient unit. Rather than a single-pass heat exchange that Grand Hall says can waste heat, the Eternal Hybrid uses a multipass heat exchanger that drives heat downward and recycles it through 44 stainless steel pipes for maximum efficiency, the maker says; water spreads evenly around the pipes for fast heat absorption. Cold water flows upward to prevent sedimentation buildup. The firm says the counterflow technology allows for faster delivery for multiple applications at once versus a tankless. The unit is half the size of a 50-gallon tank model but provides 300% higher output. The Eternal Hybrid is 86% efficient and generates near-zero greenhouse gas emissions. 877.934.7455.
