This project is an upfit of an existing building into Irish Pub concept. With 2 existing restaurants in N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Danbury, CT, the owners are expanding into the Charleston market. Molly Darcy’s will be open late summer of 2010.
Ray Residence

Witherspoon Residence
This project is an addition/renovation to a brick ranch in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. The new design includes a new wrap-around porch, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom, and small garage.
Cameron Boulevard Residence
The renovation of this Isle of Palms house included designing a new entrance, media room, and master bathroom.
Midtown Bar and Grill
The newest restaurant on Upper King Street, Midtown Bar and Grill opened in the Fall of 2009. Located in an 18th century building, we provided design and construction documents for the upfit of this space.
Edward’s Residence
A design for an outbuilding, this “Oyster Barn” will provide space for entertaining as well as storage. The “Oyster Barn” was designed to compliment the main house and other outbuildings, while creating a functional entertainment area.
Crawford Residence
A design for a custom garage with apartment above, this project will serve as the owner’s temporary home until the design and construction are completed on the main home. Located on beautiful Bohickett Creek, this project will have many features to make the home more energy efficient and comfortable for the owners.
Wood Residence
A new residence on the Isle of Palms, this project is a more traditional design with modern features. Designed to be energy efficient and built with sustainable materials, this residence was completed in March 2010.
Gull Drive Residence
A modern interpretation of an island home, this 3600 sf home will have incredible views of the marsh and downtown Charleston. The design maximizes this view at the rear of the house while providing privicy from adjacent lots. This home is designed to obatain a Silver rating in the LEED for Homes program.
