A 1,000 square foot house in downtown Charleston, the design of this residence compliments the existing Freedman’s Cottage at the front of the lot. With an open floor plan and a large garage door making up the front of the house, the design extends the living space to the outdoors.
Molly Darcy’s Irish Pub
This project is an upfit of an existing building into Irish Pub concept. With 2 existing restaurants in N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Danbury, CT, the owners are expanding into the Charleston market. Molly Darcy’s will be open late summer of 2010.
