Located on beautiful Bohickett Creek, this project will have many features to make the home more energy efficient and comfortable for the owners.

A new residence on the Isle of Palms, this project is a more traditional design with modern features. Designed to be energy efficient and built with sustainable materials, this residence was completed in March 2010.
