Puckette Residence

A major renovation project on John’s Island, we created a new open layout on the first floor, larger bedrooms with 3 new bathrooms, and a new rear porch. What started as an out of date, dark, chopped up space, is being transformed into a livable, open house that takes advantage of the incredible views of the Stono River.

A 1,000 square foot house in downtown Charleston, the design of this residence compliments the existing Freedman’s Cottage at the front of the lot. With an open floor plan and a large garage door making up the front of the house, the design extends the living space to the outdoors.

Ray Residence

The Ray family came to us wanting to add a second floor addition. With a growing family, they are quickly running out of space. This new design gives them a new second floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a playroom for two growing boys. Above that is a rooftop deck with views to the ocean. Two small bedrooms are combined on the first floor to create a master suite.

This project is an addition/renovation to a brick ranch in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. The new design includes a new wrap-around porch, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom, and small garage.

A design for an outbuilding, this “Oyster Barn” will provide space for entertaining as well as storage. The “Oyster Barn” was designed to compliment the main house and other outbuildings, while creating a functional entertainment area.

Crawford Residence
