Join us at the Charleston Home + Design Show this weekend, August 27, 28 & 29, at the Gaillard Auditorium. We will be exhibiting in the Architect’s Gallery of Custom Homes with some other great architects and designers. We are extremely happy to be a part of this event, so come down to the Gaillard to see us and check the show out. We have a few extra tickets that are good for all three days, so let us know if you would like a pair.

Old Village Home and Garden Tour

Posted on April 21, 2010

We were proud to be a Silver Sponsor for the Lowcountry Red Cross’ Old Village Home, Garden and Art Tour last weekend. We attended the Preview Party last Friday night at the Brown’s Residence on Hibben Street. The house looked great, and we are proud to have worked on the new additions and renovation. Check out the pictures from the renovation here, and click below for more information on the Home and Garden tour.

LEED APs

Posted on June 26, 2009

Well, Laura and I both took the LEEP AP exam yesterday to make sure we took the test before everything changes.  I am happy to report that we both passed with flying colors!  (Of course she is an overachiever, and had a few more colors than I did, but that’s not the point)  We are both now officially LEED APs, so bring on all of those LEED projects!

The Middleton Group Plan Book

Posted on March 27, 2009

We have created an online plan book for clients looking for a great plan, but don’t want to pay for a full custom design.  Plans start at $495 for small plans and go up from there.  Currently we have just one design posted, but we will be adding more in the coming months.  Please be aware that you may need modifications of the plans and structural engineering drawings depending on where you would like to build your house.  Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.

Come see us at the Charleston Home and Design Show

Posted on January 20, 2009

We will be participating in “Speed Dating for Architects” at the Charleston Home and Design Show this Sunday from 1:30 to 2:00. If you are looking for an architect, “Speed Dating for Architects” is a great way to meet 7 in a short half hour session. Afterwards, you can speak to the ones you liked the most and set up further interviews. If you haven’t been to the CH&D Show, it is an excellent way to meet architects and builders, and see all the cool new products being offered.

Our Clients

"We want to express our immense gratitude to both of you for your professional, knowledgeable and talented assistance as our design architects in designing our beautiful vacation home. In working closely with both of us you took our rough, sometimes vague ideas of what we wanted in our beach house and translated them into a design concept in both 2-D and 3-D computer-visualizations that we could review, and understand to make sure that our new home would be everything we expected before the first nail was hammered."
