The Middleton Group Plan Book

We have created an online plan book for clients looking for a great plan, but don’t want to pay for a full custom design. Plans start at $495 for small plans and go up from there. Currently we have just one design posted, but we will be adding more in the coming months. Also, if you would like us to create a plan for you, and don’t mind us reselling it, we can create a custom plan for much cheaper. Please be aware that you may need modifications of the plans and structural engineering drawings depending on where you would like to build your house. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.

A plan book that a customer can buy is not ‘custom.’ This is misleading.

Buz, you are probably right. I have changed the post a little bit so it’s not so misleading. Also, customers can make whatever plan changes they would like for a small fee, so I guess it can be considered semi-custom. Thanks for your comment!
